What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address, chosen language and signup time.
• Add / correct a listing forms: what you enter, such as your name, contact details and place details.
• Spam protection: a keyed hash of your IP address (never the IP itself), deleted automatically within 2 days.

Why and on what basis

We use your email only to send the newsletter, based on your consent. Form details are used to check and improve the directory. We never sell your data or share it for other companies’ marketing.

Service providers and transfers abroad

Data is stored and processed by our providers Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database, Singapore region) and Resend (newsletter), which may process it outside Thailand.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Form details are kept only as long as needed to maintain the directory.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent, ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). Unsubscribe with the link in any newsletter, or email us at hello@thaiequestrian.com.
